A large part of this effort is to keep residents informed of upcoming shows in their neighborhood so they can enjoy one of the premiere venues in San Francisco.
Another large part of the community effort is to keep Building Managers and Residents connected back to the Operators at the Masonic.
Neighborhood Monitoring Committee
Every quarter, a neighborhood monitoring committee comprised of representatives from Live Nation Entertainment (LNE), the Masons, The Nob Hill Association and Gramercy Towers, reviews incidents and operations from last quarter and reviews the upcoming show schedule for the next quarter from a Public Safety standpoint. Is the venue equipped to handle the show, how many employees on Day of Show, how many security guards, how many San Francisco Police Officers. You can reach members of this Committee at any time by sending email to email@example.com.
If you witness an incident or are involved in an incident, the fastest response will be by contacting the community hotline (415)776-7457, one of the onsite police officers or security guards or one of the doormen. In any event, fill out the online form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any photos of the incident, please email them as well and mark the subject as ‘incident DATE and/or SHOW’. This will start the process in terms of notifying us.
