First step is to get you registered. During registration, you can either upload proof of residency (a driver’s license or utility bill) or proof of ownership (property tax bill).

Once we’ve confirmed you’re a qualified resident, you’ll receive an email confirming your membership and adding your to our early access ticketing alert mailing list.

Receive Alerts

All shows are different. They depend on the artist, the type of show, the contract between the artist and the venue, the demand and the terms. As such, we cannot guarantee when tickets go on sale nor how many tickets are for sale, nor how many you’ll be able to reserve. What we know is that there will be a window in which you will have access to tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

As a member of NHN you will receive alerts to ticket sales before they go on sale to the general public and can decide whether you want to reserve tickets for purchase and pick up at the Masonic Box Office.

Reserve Your Tickets

When you have reserved the number of tickets you would like to purchase and contributed $5 per ticket to support this service, you’ll be told exactly when to go to the box office to choose and purchase your tickets. Given the rules surrounding early access ticketing, you’ll only be able to select and purchase your tickets when you show up at the box office.

Please bring valid ID with you as well as a copy of your reservation confirmation email.

Purchase and Pickup Tickets

The box office is open to members of Nob Hill Now on Saturdays from 10AM – 2PM. When you reserve your tickets you’ll be given a time and day to pick up your tickets.

Show up at the Box Office situated at the Nob Hill Masonic Auditorium (1111 California St) with a valid credit card and photo ID, select your seats and purchase your tickets and you’re done! Alternatively if you cannot make it, you can send someone else with a copy of your confirmation and a copy of your ID to pick up the tickets for you.

No additional service fees will apply as you are not required to purchase the tickets online through Ticketmaster.


The convenience fee in non-refundable, whether you show up to buy your tickets or not. You must buy your tickets before they go on sale to the general public.

If you do not purchase your tickets before then, your reservation will expire. The convenience fee charged by NobHillNow solely serves to support this service and to confirm you have reserved a certain number of tickets on a first come first served basis.

If you do not go to the Nob Hill Masonic Box Office before the tickets go on sale to the General Public, you lose the right to purchase your tickets.
